GOLF Link Tee Times is a service allowing GOLF Link members to book tee times online.
It is owned and operated by GOLF Link Partners Pty Limited (GLP), who are also contracted to operate Golf Australia Inc's GOLF Link.

Why Do We Collect Personal Information?
GLP collects personal information to operate the GOLF Link Tee Times system,
and to provide information and offers we consider relevant to users.

How Do We Collect The Information? GLP collects information directly from users,
and coordinates the updating of this information with GOLF Link and therefore GOLF Link Member Clubs.

GLP collects personal information such as name, address, contact details, GOLF Link Number and system usage data.

To Provide You With the GOLF Link Tee Times service
We need your details when you make a Tee Time booking on the GOLF Link Tee Times service.

Information and Offers At your choice, GLP may contact you with relevant information or offers of products or services.
You may opt-in to receive these at any time, or opt-out at any time.

To pass on Booking Confirmations to clubs We provide your booking and personal details to the club at which you make a booking solely for the purpose of maintaining that booking eg, in case of tee time changes or cancellations.
Clubs should not contact you directly for purposes other than this as a result of this information being passed to them.

Quality of Information
To ensure that this information remains as up-to-date as possible, golfers should keep their
GOLF Link Tee Times information current and inform their home club of any changes
to any aspect of their personal information.

Security of Personal Information
Your personal information is stored in a secured database on servers in a secured location.
The database may only be accessed by authorised parties and only under secure conditions.
To ensure confidentiality for the purpose of verifying membership status and transferring
handicap and score information, authorised personnel require logon codes and passwords.
As an additional measure, all authorised parties with access to the database
are further bound by contract to keep personal information confidential.

Declining Product Offers ("Opt-Out")
As mentioned above, users must opt-in and may opt-out of receiving offers of services and products from GLP.

GLP is committed to protecting the personal information of all users.
This section explains the circumstances where we may disclose personal information to other organisations.

Third Parties
GLP may contract with other parties to provide services on our behalf,
for example, mail-houses for the distribution of GLP correspondence related to GOLF Link Tee Times.
In such circumstances, GLP will provide access to the data to such third parties.
In all circumstances where GLP contracts with other parties to provide services on our behalf, GLP will, prior to access to the data,
ensure that any such third party enters into a confidentiality agreement which protects the privacy of all of the personal information disclosed to them.
